Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from The Vacuum Wizard.
If you received a damaged or Faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Lithium batteries are far from straightforward to return as they are an hazardous product, we cannot advise on how to return these batteries and this is down to the buyer to arrange any returns. You will need a UN 3480 label to be attached to the package and will need to find a courier who will take them.
