You can either drop it in to us if your local in the Bristol / Bath area or post it to us using a courier service such as parcel2go.com
If you are shipping it to us with a courier please include a note of your name, address, email and phone number on a piece of paper inside the box with a brief exclamation of the fault. Please make sure to page item safely.

We charge a flat rate of £60 to diagnose the fault of your Dyson Hair Dryer and this includes return postage to yourself, if we can fix without using any parts we can generally repair it within the £60 cost any required parts are charged extra.
Parts costs: Lead £15, Heating Element / PCB £85, Replacement Motor £60, Button £25, Filter Cage £15, Filter Element £15.
Please note: We will only work on Genuine Dyson products, please do not send any fake / counterfeit items for repair.
