You can either drop it in to us if your local in the Bristol / Bath area or post it to us using a courier service such as parcel2go.com
If you are shipping it to us with a courier please include a note of your name, address, email and phone number on a piece of paper inside the box with a brief explanation of the fault. Please make sure to pack item safely.
